The method

Five movements, taken in order.

The method is the same whether the engagement is a single audit or a year of stewardship: witness precedes strategy, and structure precedes broadcast.

01

Witness

We see what is already true.

Before any strategy, we listen: to the work, the history, the people closest to it. We name what is already undeniable and what has gone unsaid. Nothing is decided here. Everything is observed.

02

Position

We locate undeniable ground.

We find the position where your value is self-evident — not the cleverest angle, the truest one. We test it against reality until it holds without defence.

03

Structure

We build the architecture.

We design the narrative architecture: the spine, the proof points, the hierarchy of what matters. This is the layer everything visible will stand on.

04

Prove

We assemble the evidence.

We gather and shape the proof: references, documents, language, artefacts. The position is then supported by fact, not assertion. Proof assembled before it is needed.

05

Steward

We keep it coherent.

As the work evolves, the narrative is kept current and consistent across every channel and document. The structure stays sound while the story grows.

The method ends where it began — in what is true, now built to be seen.
